Euphoria has made it so easy to serve Bubble Tea and Fruit Frappes in a fast paced environment with our One-Step Bubble Tea Mix. Euphoria One-Step Bubble Tea Mix already has the Rich Bubble Tea Flavor, Fruit Components, Creamy Sweetness and the Tea components. Please note that our Bubble Tea mix is equally great to serve as Fruit Frappes (served without Tapioca Pearls but with whipped cream on top). It tastes awesome just like real fruit smoothies as we use high quality fruit based ingredients in all of our mixes! Rather than Tapioca, be sure to serve it with whipped cream on top! Euphoria One-Step Bubble Tea Mix is all you need to make awesome Bubble Teas and Fruit Frappes in a quick and easy way: just add ice and milk! Especially formulated for use in the blender, but also great as a shaken Bubble Tea drink or a shaken fruit drink!

The recipe below will make a 16 oz. Bubble Tea or Fruit Frappe. Feel free to tweak the recipe to suit your taste, texture and needs At Euphoria we make our Bubble Tea and/or Fruit Frappe “Blended” by default and make “Shaken” only upon request. Most customers prefer the “Blended” bubble tea as the texture of a blended bubble tea makes it like a “Bubble Tea Smoothie” and your customers will love it!
7 oz. Two Percent Milk (Skim Milk, Almond Milk, Soy Milk or even water can be substituted) 1 Leveled (NOT Heaping) Blue Scoop Bubble Tea Mix (Blue Scoop is provided free of charge) 10 oz. Ice or 8 to 10 regular size ice cubes Pour all ingredients into a blender jar and blend for approximately 15 to 20 seconds until ice is fully crushed OR if a customer requests “shaken”, pour all ingredients into a “Shaker Cup” and shake until well mixed. Add 4 Table Spoons of your choice of Fruit Popping Boba or Tapioca Pearls (Make Tapioca Pearls daily in advance. See recipe on the next page) to the bottom of a 16 oz. cup and pour the blended or shaken bubble tea on top. Cover with a dome lid and serve with a long fat straw. For serving fruit frappe, no need for tapioca or popping boba at the bottom of the cup rather top it with whipped cream.
Popping Boba (Fruit Bubbles)
Making Your Daily Tapioca Pearls 1 cup Euphoria Tapioca Pearls 7 cups Water (Use at least 7 parts of water for every 1 part of tapioca pearls. The more water there is in the pot, the better.) Boil the water in a large stockpot or rice cooker. The larger the stockpot, the better. Add tapioca pearls to the boiling water. Boil for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until they are soft and give no resistance when chewed. Turn off stove or the rice cooker. Let the tapioca pearls sit for 30 minutes with the cooking lid on. Then, drain the pearls and rinse with cold water until the water runs clear. Place pearls into desired container. Add sugar syrup solution to cover the tapioca pearls. (See Sugar Syrup recipe below.) The sugar syrup solution prevents the pearls from sticking to each other. Alternatively, honey can be used instead of sugar syrup. Wait a few minutes for the pearls to absorb the sweetness of the sugar solution. Your tapioca pearls are now ready to serve. Add them to your bubble tea and enjoy! Traditional Bubble Tea: Sugar Syrup 1/2 cup White Sugar 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 cup Water In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the sugars. Reduce heat and heat until the sugar crystals are fully dissolved. Remove from heat. Add to cooked Tapioca Pearls (see above).
