Annual Boy Scout Religious Retreat The Lutheran Association of Scouters, the Catholic Committee on Scouting, and the United Methodist Men invite you to attend the annual Blackhawk Area Council Boy Scout Religious Retreat.
Join us September 15‐17, 2017 at Camp Lowden for the Best Camping Weekend of the Year. This year’s Religious Retreat theme is:

Program runs Friday evening until Sunday Camp under the stars of Camp Lowden! Share your faith with others Learn about the religious emblem program Archery & Rifle range Crafts Ga Ga Ball Take part in a Good Turn project Rip‐roaring campfire Meet new Scouts and Scouters Religious Service Enjoy delicious meals in the dining hall

One day on Saturday Check in 8:15am All Cub Scouts must attend with a parent Program runs at 9am until 7pm Share your faith with others Learn about the religious emblem program B B Gun range Crafts Take part in a Good Turn Project Enjoy lunch & dinner in the dining hall Meet new Scouts and Scouters Religious Service Have fun at a rip‐roaring campfire Cost: $12 per person (1 adult per Cub Scout) Scholarships Available
Boy Scouts will need to bring tents, sleeping bag, Scout uniform, work clothes and gloves, your Bible, water bottle, compass and personal items. Bring cracker barrel for Saturday night for your Troop or Crew. We will supply cracker barrel on Friday after services, and meals for Saturday and Sunday for you and your scouts. Check in is Friday from 6‐8 pm and check out is Sunday starting at 10 am.

All faiths are welcome at the Religious Retreat (faith‐based committees other than Catholic and Protestant must present their own programs.
